Article 1 (Registration method)
1.    
The registration procedure for using this service shall be performed by the user himself / herself using the e-mail newsletter registration form specified by the Company.
At the time of registration, the user shall register accurate information regarding the items to be presented.

2.    
When the user enters the required items in the e-mail newsletter registration form and registers, the user agrees to the contents of this agreement.

Article 2 (Registered personal information)
1.    
The Company applies the personal information registered by the user to the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other related laws and norms, as well as the "Statement on the Protection of Personal Information" established by the Company (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Personal Information Protection Law, etc."). We will handle it properly and manage it strictly according to the regulations.

2.    
The Company shall use the personal information registered by the user only when stipulated in the Personal Information Protection Law, etc., or for the purpose of distributing e-mail newsletters and contacting from the Company.
In addition, when outsourcing the distribution of e-mail newsletters to a third party, the Company shall make the third party comply with the provisions of this Article.

3.    
The Company shall not modify or change personal information without obtaining the consent of the user in advance.

Four.    
The Company shall delete the personal information registered by the user at the same time when the user cancels the registration of this service based on Article 4.

Article 3 (delivery of e-mail newsletter)
1.    
After the user registers to use this service, the Company shall be able to deliver the e-mail newsletter (including e-mail related to e-mail newsletter-related information, announcements, and administrative communication) to the user.
In addition to information about our activities, the e-mail newsletter may contain advertisements and promotions related to our company or our group companies.

2.    
The Company shall use only the e-mail address registered by the user himself / herself when delivering the e-mail newsletter.

Article 4 (How to change / cancel registration)
1.    
The user may suspend the delivery of the e-mail newsletter at any time by changing the registered contents or canceling the registration of this service.

2.    
If the user wishes to change or cancel the registration, the user himself / herself shall carry out the procedure by the method described by the Company in the e-mail newsletter.

Article 5 (Cancellation of user registration)
The Company may cancel the user's registration in the following cases.

When the user violates this agreement
(2)    
When the user's registration information is false or incorrect
(3)    
When it is determined that the email address registered by the user is not working
(Four)    
When the user impersonates a third party and registers for use
(Five)    
When the delivered e-mail newsletter is not delivered due to suspension of use of the e-mail address registered by the user, etc.
(6)    
When a complaint such as an e-mail newsletter arrives even though the e-mail address registered by the user does not remember being registered by a third party
(7)    
In addition, if there is an act that we deem inappropriate

Article 6 (Interruption / suspension of this service and change of contents)
1.    
The Company may suspend or suspend this service without obtaining the consent of the user in the following cases.

(1)    
When performing maintenance and inspection of the computer system for regular or urgent e-mail newsletter distribution
(2)    
If the computer system for e-mail newsletter distribution becomes defective or unauthorized access from a third party,
When the e-mail newsletter cannot be delivered due to infection with a computer virus, etc.
(3)    
When the e-mail newsletter cannot be delivered due to measures based on laws and regulations
(Four)    
When it is difficult to deliver the e-mail newsletter due to a communication line failure
(Five)    
When it is difficult to deliver the e-mail newsletter due to force majeure such as fire, power outage, or natural disaster.

In addition, if we determine that it is difficult to deliver the e-mail newsletter due to unforeseen circumstances.

2.    
We may change the contents of this service without obtaining the consent of the user.

3.    
If the Company suspends or suspends the Service or changes the content of the Service pursuant to the preceding two paragraphs, the Company shall notify the user in advance by e-mail or the like. However, in case of emergency, it will be notified after the fact.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)
The Company shall not be liable for the following matters.

Completeness, accuracy, safety, usefulness, etc. of all matters related to this service

(2)    
Damage suffered by the user using the e-mail newsletter delivered by our company

(3)    
Trouble that occurred between users related to the e-mail newsletter delivered by our company

(Four)    
Damage caused by the environment of computers, lines, software, etc. used by users

(Five)    
Damage to the user due to interruption / suspension of this service or change of contents of this service

Article 8 (copyright)
1.    
All rights (ownership, intellectual property) regarding all copyrighted works such as characters, photographs, videos, sounds, portraits, characters, marks, and other information (hereinafter collectively referred to as "contents") published in the e-mail newsletter. Right, portrait right, publicity right, etc.) belong to the Company or the content provider who has the right.

2.    
The user shall not acquire any rights to the content and shall not take any action that infringes the rights related to the content.

3.    
If a problem occurs in violation of the provisions of this Article, the user shall resolve the problem at his own expense and responsibility and shall not cause any inconvenience or damage to the Company.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Court of Jurisdiction)
1.    
The governing law of this agreement shall be the law of Japan.

2.    
If a dispute arises between the user and the Company regarding this agreement, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive agreement jurisdictional court of the first instance.

Article 10 (Change of this agreement)
1.    
The Company shall be able to change this Agreement without obtaining the prior consent of the user, and in this case, the method by which the Company deems the changed agreement to be appropriate for the user (posted on the web page). And put it in a state that the user can easily know).

2.    
The change in the preceding paragraph shall be deemed to have been approved by all users immediately upon the notification, and its effect shall occur. For users who do not approve the changes in the preceding paragraph,
